(3) Share Your Story as an LGBT Patient -- Have a Chance to Earn $25! -- Stanford University Study
Have you had a memorable (positive or negative) experience as an LGBT patient? Interested in making history by telling your story? Then participate in our study!
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Medical Education Research Group (LGBT MERG) at Stanford University School of Medicine is currently conducting a national study on LGBT medical education.
As part of our research group's evaluation of LGBT related content in medical curricula, we are conducting a study of LGBT people's experiences in accessing and receiving health care, as well the experiences of those in health care in interacting with
LGBT individuals. By partaking in this study, you have the opportunity to influence how health care providers perceive and interact with their LGBT patients.
Your participation and answers will remain confidential. During this survey, you will have the option to volunteer for an additional interview. In return for your participation in this electronic survey, you will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift
card to Amazon.com.
We are looking for responses from a wide spectrum of backgrounds. Every person's voice counts, so please strongly consider contributing to this project.
