National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) - believes violence against women and children results from force or threat to achieve and maintain control in intimate relationships as well as from societal abuse of power and domination via sexism, racism, homophobia, classism, anti-Semitism, able-bodyism, ageism and other oppressions. The Northwest Network - of bisexual, trans, lesbian & gay survivors of abuse.  Increasing the communities' ability to support the self-determination and safety of bisexual, transgendered, lesbian, and gay survivors of abuse through education, organizing and advocacy. They provide support and advocacy for LBGT folks of all genders who are surviving abuse. New York City LGBTQ Domestic Violence Taskforce - works towards the integration of domestic violence services for LGTBQ individuals in both domestic violence agency or an LGTBQ agency while remaining sensitive to issues including but not limited to: gender identity, race, class, immigration status, HIV status, religion and ability. Survivor Project - a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the needs of intersex and trans survivors of domestic and sexual violence through caring action, education and expanding access to resources and to opportunities for action.
